Il pianista e produttore Angelo Mastronardi presenta l’album d’esordio del nuovo progetto musicale M.O.B.A. 

  in uscita il 14 Maggio 2021 per GleAM Records

GleAM Records è orgogliosa di annunciare l'uscita di M.O.B.A., il nuovo  progetto musicale del produttore e pianista Angelo Mastronardi, disponibile su CD e download / streaming digitale dal 14 maggio 2021. L'uscita sarà preceduta dall'uscita del singolo Five Drops il 30 aprile 2021.

In questo nuovo lavoro, il pianista e produttore Angelo Mastronardiricerca un nuovo equilibrio tra l'interazione del piano trio formato dal batterista Paolo Colazzo e dai bassisti Paolo Romano(basso elettrico) e Gianluca Aceto(basso semi-acustico)  e le possibilità timbriche offerte da strumenti elettrici e sintetizzatori, suonati da Angelo Mastronardi (pianoforte, fender rhodes & synth) e dal beatmaker Bonbooze(synth & drum machine). Arricchiscono il sound gli interventi dei fiati suonati da Emanuele Coluccia  (sassofono contralto e tenore) e da Marco Gianfreda(tromba).  

Il pianista parte da sette sue composizioni e coinvolge i musicisti in un processo di condivisione delle idee e degli arrangiamenti. Il risultato è una musica che fonde perfettamente scrittura ed estemporaneità. Una ricerca che va oltre per ridisegnare l'idea di struttura e riunire linguaggi diversi in una nuova forma. In definitiva un manifesto estetico dell'etichetta GleAM e della sua linea editoriale più trasversale.

GleAM Records is proud to announce the release of M.O.B.A.,the new musical project by producer and pianist Angelo Mastronardi, available on CD and digital download / streaming from 14 May 2021. The release will be preceded by the single Five Drops, out on 30 April 2021.

In this new work, pianist and producer Angelo Mastronardi seeks a new balance between the interaction of the piano trio formed by Paolo Romano(electric bass), Gianluca Aceto(semi-acoustic bass) andPaolo Colazzo(drums) and the tonal possibilities offered. by electric instruments and synthesizers, played by the leader Angelo Mastronardi (piano, fender rhodes & synth) and by the beatmaker Bonbooze(synth & drum machine), together with the winds played by Emanuele Coluccia(alto and tenor saxophone) and by Marco Gianfreda (trumpet).

The pianist starts from seven of his compositions and involves the musicians in a process of sharing ideas and arrangements. The result is a music that perfectly blends writing and extemporaneousness. A research that goes further to redesign the idea of ​​structure and bring together different languages ​​in a new form. Ultimately an aesthetic manifesto of the GleAM label and its more transversal editorial line.
