L’Amore che è come un traino e che fa emergere in noi le più altre e luminose qualità: la gentilezza, la compassione, la generosità, la solidarietà. L’Amore che ci solleva ad una più elevata consapevolezza, e diviene capacità di perdonare chi ci ha arrecato dolore, e capacità di perdonare noi stessi per gli errori fatti, sciogliendo come neve al sole odio, rabbia, rimorso e i sensi di colpa. 

L’Amore come faro capace di illuminare le notti oscurate dalla violenza e dalla immane sofferenza di tanti, troppi nostri fratelli e sorelle, faro che deve divenire il nostro punto di riferimento e guidare il nostro cammino. 

L’Amore come elevata forma di energia, così come elevata forma di energia può essere la musica ed ogni forma di arte e di pensiero, quando è protesa ad innalzare la nostra vibrazione interiore, quando è motivata dal desiderio di apportare pace, purezza, gioia nel cuore deli uomini. 

Con questa motivazione affido alla energia dell’universo la musica di questo cd: granello di sabbia nella vasta spiaggia, onda nell’immenso oceano, piccolo, umile contributo alla celebrazione della vita sulla terra ed alla bellezza della nostra luminosa Anima interiore. 

Un grazie di cuore agli splendidi musicisti, Pier Paolo Principato, Stefano Cantarano e Massimiliano De Lucia, che mi hanno accompagnato in questi anni e mi hanno permesso di realizzare questo progetto, e un particolare grazie a Barbara Eramo che ha aggiunto al quartetto la sua stupenda voce.

Be Love is a call to open our hearts and minds to Love: a Love that transcends ego, possessiveness, fleeting emotions and the passions of the senses; which inspires respect for all living beings and the planet we inhabit, as well as a longing for the Divine, of whose fire we are all sparks, for the One the animates All. 

It is the Love the draws out our highest and brightest qualities: kindness, compassion, generosity, solidarity. The Love that lifts us to a higher awareness, that allows us to forgive whoever has harmed us, and to forgive ourselves for the mistakes we have made, causing hatred, anger, regrets and shame to melt away as the sun melts snow. 

The Love that like a lighthouse brightens the darkness of violence and the suffering of so many of our brothers and sisters, a lighthouse which will become our lodestar and illumine our path through life. 

Love as a higher form of energy - like the energy that is found in music, and in every form of art or thought whose aim is to enhance our inner vibration, and to bring peace, purity and joy to people’s hearts.  

Thus, I commit the music of this CD to the energy of the universe: a grain of sand on an endless beach, a wave on the immense ocean, a small, humble offering to the celebration of life on Earth, and to the beauty of our luminous inner souls.
