In questo album ho racchiuso brani che, in qualche modo, contengono l’ambizione di esprimere miei momenti belli e brutti che ho vissuto negli ultimi 3-4 anni. E' stato per me un trasporre di emozioni, esperienze, sensazioni, parole, situazioni, persone, sentimenti, ragionamenti, scelte, incontri. Tutto ha avuto un suo specifico peso e ha dato il proprio contribuito nel mio processo di creazione, in un continuo fluttuare ed in una costante evoluzione di ogni singolo elemento. La musica che ne è uscita parla di tutto questo. Non è stata una scelta che ho fatto a priori, tutto è avvenuto così naturalmente, idea dopo idea, composizione dopo composizione, aggiustamenti dopo aggiustamenti, e quasi inconsapevolmente e inconsciamente sono andata verso questo “concept” che ne è venuto fuori. Ho idealmente suddiviso “concettualmente” i brani dell’album in 2 categorie: “Bad Times” e “Good Times”. Nel concept di “Bad Times” potrebbero rientrarci (in ordine cronologico di composizione) “LOST” e “ALL THAT REMAINS”, mentre i restanti “MARAMEO”, “REBIRTH”, “EVOLVING QUIET” ingloberebbero il concept di “Good Times”.

“LOST”, primo brano del disco che ho composto, racconta principalmente una condizione in cui ci si sente in qualche modo persi, ma paradossalmente non ci si muove da lì per provare a ritrovarsi; alla fine tutto sommato nell’offuscamento non ci si sta così tanto male. In “ALL THAT REMAINS”, secondo brano che ho scritto, ho messo sotto i riflettori tutto ciò che resta di una relazione, di un qualcosa che si fa, che si è o che si ha, ed ho indagato i vari approcci di reazione nel momento in ci si trova davanti alla condizione in oggetto, che vanno dall’accettazione, dall’accontentarsi, adattarsi, mettersi un po' da parte e dare a se stesso dei limiti, alla ribellione, al cambiamento e alla fuga per non tradire se stessi. “MARAMEO” è un inno all’innocenza e alla spensieratezza dei bambini e racconta quindi momenti di felicità e spensieratezza, desideri di ritorno alla purezza, innocenza e spensieratezza originarie. “REBIRTH” parla di una rinascita interiore, una riacquisizione della serenità e tranquillità in precedenza perdute. In “EVOLVING QUIET”, ultimo brano che ho composto, ho voluto mostrare quanto, in realtà, una situazione di quiete e tranquillità sia mutevole, in evoluzione ed in costante movimento e non si ripeti mai uguale; la pace ha quindi diverse sfaccettature, e a volte potrebbe anche contaminarsi con elementi oscuri.

In this album I have included songs that, in some way, contain the ambition to express my good and bad moments that I have experienced in the last 3-4 years. For me it was a transposition of emotions, experiences, sensations, words, situations, people, feelings, reasoning, choices, encounters. Everything had its own specific weight and gave its own contribution in my creative process, in a continuous fluctuation and in a constant evolution of each single element. The music that came out of speaks of all this. It was not a choice that I made before, everything happened so naturally, idea after idea, composition after composition, adjustments after adjustments, and almost unconsciously and unconsciously I went towards this "concept" that came out of it. I have ideally "conceptually" divided the songs of the album into 2 categories: "Bad Times" and "Good Times". The concept of “Bad Times” could include (in chronological order of composition) “LOST” and “ALL THAT REMAINS”, while the remaining “MARAMEO”, “REBIRTH”, “EVOLVING QUIET” would include the concept of “Good Times”. “LOST”, the first song on the album I composed, mainly tells of a condition in which you feel somehow lost, but paradoxically you don’t move from there to try to find yourself; in the end, all things considered, in the obfuscation you don’t feel so bad. In “ALL THAT REMAINS”, the second song I wrote, I put under the spotlight all that remains of a relationship, of something that you do, that you are or that you have, and I investigated the various approaches to reaction when you find yourself faced with the condition in question, which range from acceptance, from settle, adapting, putting yourself a little bit aside and giving yourself limits, to rebellion, change and escape so as not to betray yourself. “MARAMEO” is a hymn to the innocence and lightheartedness of children and therefore tells of moments of happiness and lightheartedness, desires to return to the original purity, innocence and lightheartedness. “REBIRTH” speaks of an inner rebirth, a reacquisition of previously lost serenity and tranquility. In “EVOLVING QUIET”, the last song I composed, I wanted to show how, in reality, a situation of quiet and tranquility is changeable, evolving and in constant movement and never repeats itself in the same way; peace therefore has different facets, and sometimes it could also be contaminated with dark elements.
