Press Release

NEWSREEL is a sincere reflection of the musical world I live in everyday. It is one of multiplicity, engagement and genuineness. It echoes my many passions and hopefully will foster similar feelings for those who hear it.
Though the compositional aspect of the music is often very complex and demanding for the interpreters, it essentially remains music in which the How precedes the What. As such, I am forever indebted to my fellow musicians for their ability to transcend the notes on paper and creating musical landscapes I never would have imagined possible when the music was first conceived.
