Vibrant words, talking chords. A journey to South America through music and poetry. The warmth of a cuento that just like a patient abuela speaks straight to the heart and relieves anxiety. The Peruvian guitarist David Beltran Soto Chero, the young double bass player Alberto Zuanon and vocalist Laura Vigilante share a passion for Latin American music starting from past traditions to the present time. This is how the Remedio trio was born: here he performs a selection of songs in Spanish to carry us on a journey through the heart of Latin America. Accordionist Sergio Marchesini is the special guest in six tracks of this live recording. All four musicians, living in Padua area, although coming from different musical experiences are united in this new project. Marchesini and Beltran Soto Chero, guitarist from classical studies, are the two most active and known, with many albums behind; but the youngest double bass player, with jazz training, and the singer, with her ductile and warm vocality, are equally important in the full success of this project.
